<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMS EY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on Thursday, July <br />7,1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota regarding Mr. Dean Hanson's request for a variance from Section <br />170.076 of the Ramsey City Code to encroach on the required setback from <br />the Rum River. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mr. Roy Shumway, Chairman <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />Also Present; <br /> <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />Building Official Elvin Erickson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Shumway called the public hearing to order at 6:51 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Ms. Norris noted receipt of a letter from Mrs. Gary Martinson stating <br />opposition to the request. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: The Commission directed that the letter from Mrs. Gary <br />Martinson will be a part of the public hearing record. (See Attachment A). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: <br />LaDue, Howell and Terry. <br />Hendriksen and Holm. <br /> <br />Chairman Shumway, Commissioners Zimmerman, <br />Voting No: None.
