<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #25-140 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR RIVERSIDE WEST <br />STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #26-06 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct the streets within the Riverside <br />West subdivision as identified within the 2025 – 2034 Capital Improvement Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #25-082, adopted April 22, <br />2025, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Bolton & Menk Anderson for <br />topographic survey of the project area in the amount of $1,366.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #25-101, adopted May 13, <br />2025, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Independent Testing Technologies, <br />Inc. for geotechnical survey of the project area in the amount of $3,855.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Staff has the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for Riverside <br />West Reconstructions, Improvement Project #26-06. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and <br />specifications for Riverside West Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #26-06. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
