<br />. <br /> <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Ramsey's Board <br />of Adjustment convened on August 28, 1978, at Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd., N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Chairman Muller called the Board of Adjustment to order at 7:20 P.M. <br />and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />Present: Councilman Muller <br />Councilman Reimann <br />Mayor Cox <br />Councilman Mickelson <br /> <br />Also Present: City Attorney Goodrich <br />City Adm. Schnelle <br />Building Official Berg <br />City Engr. Raatikka <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Councilman Tom Gamec <br /> <br />Marv Eggum was present to discuss his request for a variance on the <br />preliminary plat of Ramsey 67 Industrial Plat #2. <br /> <br />He agreed to pay a park fee in the amount of $5,290 in time of the signing <br />of the final plat. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />It was agreed that the roads in this development would remain gravel until <br />such time as half his density is acquired then he would blacktop. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Cox and seconded by Gary Reimann to direct City Attorney <br />Goodrich and staff to prepare a development contract which would encompass <br />the road construction and variances needed in regards to the final plat. <br />Further the costs of any professional (city attorney and city engineer) <br />involvement in the preparation of said document would be paid by the <br />developer and.that the rough development contract would be available for <br />the next regular Council meeting for Council review and action. <br /> <br />4 ayes <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Cox and seconded by Gary Reimann to adjourn the Board of <br />Adjustment hearing. <br /> <br />4 ayes <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 7:38 P.M. <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />
