Council <br />staff received two copies of the adopted Ramsey Comprehensive Plan on January 15,2002. <br />Included in the adopted plan is the revised language to the Central Planning Area. The Council <br />accepts the revised section of the comprehensive plan. <br /> <br />We understand that the city will submit a comprehensive plan amendment for the Central <br />Planning Area within the next two years. The Council is aware of the City of Ramsey's intent to <br />shortly submit comprehensive plan amendments that would support higher density development <br />within the city. The Council encourages those future submittals and applauds the City's <br />commitment to adopt the updated plan.
