NW <br />RAMSEY, MN 55303 <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />On May 1, 2003 the City Of Ramsey Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider <br />amendments to Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land) and to consider revisions to the City <br />zoning map. At that meeting, the Planning Commission directed staff to bring back several areas <br />proposed to be rezoned for further discussion at the June 5, 2003 Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />You are receiving this notice because you are either one of the affected property owners or own <br />property within 700 feet of the proposed zoning change. A map detailing the change is included <br />with this notice. <br /> <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Planning Commission, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, MN 55303.
