Bring your <br />Halloween pumpkins to launch from slingshots or smash in <br />the field. Enjoy hot cider and yard games with friends and <br />family, weather permitting. The Ramsey Fire Department <br />will be there to help smash pumpkins and share holiday fire <br />safety tips. <br />Participation is at your own risk. This is a free community <br />event. Pre -registration is encouraged but not required. This is done in alignment with <br />City Council policies and applicable federal, state and <br />local regulations. The role involves providing leadership <br />and oversight for both consultant -led and in-house public <br />improvement projects. The City Engineer manages the <br />performance and conduct of engineering personnel and <br />directs the development and implementation of engineering <br />plans, policies and procedures. Additionally, the City <br />Engineer is responsible for both short-term and long- <br />term planning to ensure that infrastructure services meet <br />the expectations of the City Council, City staff and the <br />community. <br />2026 Wage Scale Per Hour: <br />Step 1: $ 64.47 I Step 2: $67.69 I Step 3: $70.92 <br />Step 4: $74.14 I Step 5: $77.37 I Step 6: $80.59 <br />Engineering Technician II <br />Salary: $33.50-$41.88 Hourly <br />Closing Date: November 23 at 11:59 p.m. <br />The Engineering Technician II is responsible for <br />performing variety of technical work in support of the <br />City's public infrastructure — including construction <br />inspection, materials testing, surveying, plan review and <br />mapping. This position plays a key role in ensuring our <br />sewer, stormwater, water and street systems are built and <br />maintained to high standards.
