<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #25-260 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE UPDATED MUNICIPAL CENTER CONFERENCE <br />ROOM RENTAL POLICY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council discussed updates to the Municipal Center Conference <br />Room Renal Policy; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined that a change to online municipal center conference room <br />scheduling and administration is in the best interest of the community; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Rum River Room on second floor is no longer available for public rental; <br />all public room rentals within City Hall are available to the public on the first floor. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) Motion to adopt resolution #25-260 approving the updated Municipal Center Conference <br />Room Rental Policy and eliminating the paper application process, in lieu of online <br />reservations. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Peters, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> <br /> <br />
