Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #25-275 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2026 CITY OF RAMSEY PARKING RAMP <br />MAINTENANCE BUDGET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Adopted an Amended and Restated Parking <br />Improvement Use and Maintenance Agreement (PUMA) for Parking District A (Municipal Center <br />Ramp) on April 30, 2012 and First Amendment on January 8, 2013; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey is required to annually adopt a budget of parking ramp <br />maintenance costs on or before the date thirty days prior to the beginning of each full fiscal year; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on or before the date thirty days prior to each full fiscal year, the City Council <br />must adopt a resolution allocating the budgeted parking maintenance costs for that fiscal year <br />among the benefitting parcels; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 2026 is hereby adopted for the Parking Ramp Maintenance Fund in the amount of <br />$237,124. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026 <br />is hereby adopted for the Parking Ramp Maintenance Fund as follows: <br /> <br /> Expenses: <br /> Operating & Capital Expenses $237,124 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Peters, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />
