<br />Councilmember Peters introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #25-290 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2026 CITY OF RAMSEY ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FUND BUDGET <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026 <br />is hereby adopted for the Economic Development Authority Fund as follows: <br /> <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND <br /> <br /> Revenues: <br /> Taxes (EDA Levy) $ 86,367 <br /> Interest Earnings $ 4,800 <br /> <br /> Total Revenues $91,167 <br /> <br /> Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br /> Personal Services $ 1,080 <br /> Supplies $ 44,000 <br /> Services and Charges $ 46,087 <br /> <br /> Total Operating and Capital Expenditures $ 91,167 <br /> <br /> <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br />Mayor Heineman <br />Councilmember Peters <br />Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br />Councilmember Stewart <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
