<br />Councilmember Peters introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #25-255 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF “NAPERVILLE” <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Garett Smith of Illinois Avenue Holdings LLC, hereafter referred to as <br />“Developer,” has properly applied for Final Plat (Minor Subdivision) approval of the following <br />described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Parcel 1: <br />The South 420.51 feet, as measured along the West line, of that part of the Northwest <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW 1/4 of SE 1/4) of Section numbered Twenty-seven <br />(27), Township Thirty-two (32), Range Twenty-five (25), Anoka County, Minnesota, lying <br />Westerly of Anoka County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 8. <br />Torrens Property <br />Being registered land as is evidenced by Certificate of Title No. 79362. <br /> <br />Parcel 2: <br />Lot 1, Block 2, PHILLIPS ADDITION TO RAMSEY, Anoka County, Minnesota. Torrens <br />Property <br />Being registered land as is evidenced by Certificate of Title No. 80974. <br /> <br />Or Upon Recording: <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, Naperville, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the ‘Subject Property’); <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Subject Property is guided Business Park in the 2040 Comprehensive <br />Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the existing parcels are zoned I-1 Light Industrial District and the proposed <br />parcels conform to the district standards; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Subject Property is approximately 16.487 acres; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision is considered a minor subdivision in Chapter 117 <br />of City Code. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Final Plat approval of “Naperville” in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon the following conditions: <br /> <br /> <br />
