Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #25-271 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR “COR SIX” <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CorTrust Bank, applied for Final Plat (minor plat) approval of the following <br />described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot B, COR FIVE, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the ‘Subject Property’); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed Final Plat (minor plat) subdivides one existing outlot into one <br />lot and one outlot; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat of COR SIX on December 9, 2025. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Final Plat for “COR SIX,” contingent <br />upon: <br /> <br />a. Approval by the City Attorney as to legal form. <br />b. Recording a cross-access and maintenance easement agreement. <br />c. Entering into a development agreement. <br /> <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Buscher, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> May Heineman <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br />
