Councilmember Peters introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #26-023 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING REMOTE PUBLIC MEETING ATTENDANCE POLICY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has the technological capabilities to conduct public <br />meetings with the integration of interactive technology; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the updated policy to ensure it is in compliance <br />with Minnesota State Statute. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Remote Public Meeting Attendance <br />Policy. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Buscher, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
