,. .,.,. ...- March 2, 1999 <<Name>> <<Company>> <<Address>> <<City>> Re: Annual meeting of the Business Park 95 Architectural Review Board Dear <<Salutatiom>: As you may know, there are covenants in place to govern development in the Business Park 95 Additions. That covenants requires an annual meeting of the property owners in the Park for the purpose of electing representation to the Architectural Review Board. The scope of the Architectural Review Board is to review all proposed projects in the Park and that review is facilitated by a City Staffmember. City Staff has scheduled the annual meeting for 8:30 a.m. on Friday, April 9, 1999, at the Comfort Suites Hotel, 6440 Hwy. #10 N.W. A continental breakfast of juice, coffee and rolls will be provided. The order of business will include electing new representation to the Architectural Review Board and consideration of proposed amendments to the covenants. Julian Johnson (Bob Perovich alternate) of Heritage Millwork and JMJ Business Center and Mark Peck of Peck of Peck Construction currently serve on the Board. Each property owner gets one vote per property owned and the presence of a majority of the property owners constitutes a quorum, so your attendance or the attendance of your assigned proxy is important. The proposed amendments to the covenants mainly deal with adjustments to the membership on the Architectural Review Board. In summary, the Board is attempting to reduce the City and increase the property owner representation on the Board. City Staff will forward a copy of the covenants and the proposed amendments to all property owners in the Park approximately 2 weeks before the annual meeting.
