<br />,. <br /> <br />.,.,. ...- <br /> <br />March 2, 1999 <br /> <br /><<Name>> <br /><<Company>> <br /><<Address>> <br /><<City>> <br /> <br />Re: Annual meeting of the Business Park 95 Architectural Review Board <br /> <br />Dear <<Salutatiom>: <br /> <br />As you may know, there are covenants in place to govern development in the Business Park 95 <br />Additions. That covenants requires an annual meeting of the property owners in the Park for the <br />purpose of electing representation to the Architectural Review Board. The scope of the <br />Architectural Review Board is to review all proposed projects in the Park and that review is <br />facilitated by a City Staffmember. <br /> <br />City Staff has scheduled the annual meeting for 8:30 a.m. on Friday, April 9, 1999, at the <br />Comfort Suites Hotel, 6440 Hwy. #10 N.W. A continental breakfast of juice, coffee and rolls <br />will be provided. The order of business will include electing new representation to the <br />Architectural Review Board and consideration of proposed amendments to the covenants. Julian <br />Johnson (Bob Perovich alternate) of Heritage Millwork and JMJ Business Center and Mark Peck <br />of Peck of Peck Construction currently serve on the Board. Each property owner gets one vote <br />per property owned and the presence of a majority of the property owners constitutes a quorum, <br />so your attendance or the attendance of your assigned proxy is important. <br /> <br />The proposed amendments to the covenants mainly deal with adjustments to the membership on <br />the Architectural Review Board. In summary, the Board is attempting to reduce the City and <br />increase the property owner representation on the Board.
