Councilmember Peters introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #26-029 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br />NDRD <br />AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR FLINTWOOD HILLS 2 & 3 <br />STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #26-05 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct the streets within the Flintwood <br />ndrd <br />Hills 2 & 3 subdivisions as identified within the 2026 – 2035 Capital Improvement Program; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #25-082, adopted April 22, <br />2025, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Bolton & Menk Anderson for <br />topographic survey of the project area in the amount of $3,803.50; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #25-101, adopted May 13, <br />2025, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Independent Testing Technologies, <br />Inc. for geotechnical survey of the project area in the amount of $6,825.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #25-139, adopted June 24, <br />2025, the City Council ordered the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for Flintwood <br />ndrd <br />Hills 2 & 3 Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #26-05, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the purpose of <br />ndrd <br />advertising bids for Flintwood Hills 2 & 3 Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #26- <br />05. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves the final plans and specifications prepared by <br />the City Engineer and authorizes advertisement for bids for said improvements as City <br />ndrd <br />Improvement Project #26-05, Flintwood Hills 2 & 3 Street Reconstructions. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br />
