Councilmember Peters introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #26-038 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PERMANENT SIDEWALK EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br />ON LOT 1, BLOCK 2 KWIK TRIP 1782 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey finds it in the public interest to maintain public sidewalk <br />adjacent to Bunker Lake Boulevard through Lot 1, Block 2 Kwik Trip 1782, to serve the needs of <br />City residents; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey agrees to acquire the easements necessary to maintain <br />the sidewalk as described in the legal descriptions included in the easement agreement Exhibit 2 <br />(“BUNKER LAKE BOULEVARD SIDEWALK”); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey declares that it is in the public interest to acquire the <br />Permanent Easement above described. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves the permanent sidewalk easement agreement <br />for Lot 1, Block 2 Kwik Trip 1782. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Riley, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />
