<br /> <br /> <br />Councilmember Peters introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #26-072 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF “OSHAUGHNESSY THIRD ADDITION” <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Timothy and Corrin O’Shaughnessy applied for Final Plat (major plat) <br />approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, OSHAUGHNESSY ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Outlot A, OSHAUGHNESSY SECOND ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Final Plat (major plat) subdivides two existing platted parcels <br />into four parcels; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat on February 10, 2026; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed final plat is consistent with the preliminary plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat of OSHAUGHNESSY THIRD <br />ADDITION on March 10, 2026. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Final Plat of “OSHAUGHNESSY <br />THIRD ADDITION,” contingent upon: <br /> <br />a. Approval by the City Attorney as to legal form. <br />b. Recording resolutions for vacating drainage and utility easements and for variances to <br />the widths of two lots. <br />c. Approval of and entering into a Development Agreement outlining development fees <br />and sureties for site improvements. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
