Councilmember Stewart introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #26-080 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR TOPOGRAPHIC <br />SURVEYS, GEOTECHNICAL EVALUATIONS AND UTILITY TESTING FOR 2027 <br />PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM PROJECTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the streets within the Deerwood subdivision, Hall-Anderson Acres <br />th <br />subdivision, Oakwood Hills subdivision, Rambosek Red Oak Estate subdivision, Sorteberg’s 6 <br />stnd <br />subdivision, Windsorwood subdivision, Windemere Woods 1 & 2 subdivision, Magnesium <br />nd <br />Street within Section 26 Unplatted, 142 Avenue between Saint Francis Boulevard (TH 47) and <br />th <br />Xkimo Street, and Juniper Ridge Drive between Roanoke Street and 156 Lane are proposed to <br />be reconstructed in 2027; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the streets within the Brookfield subdivision, Estates of Silver Oaks <br />nd <br />subdivision, Rivers Bend subdivision, Rivers Bend 2 subdivision, Rivers Bend Plaza <br />subdivision, Rhinestone Street between E. Ramsey Parkway and Bunker Lake Boulevard (CSAH <br />116) and between Veterans Drive and Sunwood Drive, Sunwood Drive between Armstrong <br />Boulevard (CSAH 83) and Zeolite Street and between Rhinestone Street and Ramsey Boulevard <br />(CR 56), Veterans Drive between Zeolite Street and Rhinestone Street, and Zeolite Street between <br />Sunwood Drive and Veterans Drive are proposed to be milled and overlaid in 2027; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the streets within the Itasca Heights subdivision are proposed to be converted <br />from existing gravel road section to a bituminous pavement section in 2027; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, topographic surveys, geotechnical evaluations, televising of sanitary and <br />storm sewer, and leak testing of watermain is required to accurately evaluate and design proposed <br />2027 Pavement Management Program projects; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to request proposals for said <br />services. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Peters, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />
