CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Heineman called the City Council Work Session to order at 4:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />2.01: Conduct the Interview Process for the Position of City Engineer <br /> <br />Administrative Services Director reviewed the recruitment process. One candidate was asked a <br />series of eighteen interview questions. After discussion, the City Council directed staff to proceed <br />pending additional fact‑finding. <br /> <br />3.
