Councilmember Peters introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #26-104 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR A SIGN FOR <br />TH <br />RIVENWICK VILLAGE 4 ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, LGI Homes – Minnesota, LLC, hereinafter referred to as the “Developer” <br />th <br />has an approved Plat for Rivenwick Village 4 Addition, a 27-unit townhouse development, near <br />th <br />the intersection of Riverdale Drive and 139 Lane NW; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Developer is requesting to install a neighborhood monument sign within <br />a platted drainage and utility easement on the common lot owned and maintained by the <br />homeowners’ association. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Construction of certain structures, including monument signs, in easements <br />are prohibited, unless an encroachment agreement is made. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Encroachment Agreement for <br />th <br />a sign for Rivenwick Village 4 Addition and that the Mayor and City Administrator are <br />authorized to sign on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
