Councilmember Peters introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #26-119 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR HALL-ANDERSON <br />ACRES & OAKWOOD HILLS STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS, IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT #27-04 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the streets within the Hall-Anderson Acres and Oakwood Hills subdivision <br />are proposed to be reconstructed in 2027 as identified within the 2026 – 2035 Capital Improvement <br />Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #26-099, adopted March 24, <br />2026, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Hakanson Anderson for topographic <br />survey of the project area in the amount of $10,200.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #26-106, adopted May 12, <br />2026, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Haugo Geotechnical Services for <br />geotechnical survey of the project area in the amount of $17,070.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Staff has the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for Hall- <br />Anderson Acres & Oakwood Hills Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #27-04. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and <br />specifications for Hall-Anderson Acres & Oakwood Hills Street Reconstructions, <br />Improvement Project #27-04. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
