Councilmember Peters introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #26-121 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR WINDEMERE <br />STND <br />WOODS 1 & 2 STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #27-06 <br /> <br />stnd <br />WHEREAS, the streets within the Windemere Woods 1 & 2 subdivision and <br />Magnesium Street within Section 26 Unplatted are proposed to be reconstructed in 2027 as <br />identified within the 2026 – 2035 Capital Improvement Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #26-099, adopted March 24, <br />2026, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Hakanson Anderson for topographic <br />survey of the project area in the amount of $3,900.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #26-106, adopted May 12, <br />2026, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Haugo Geotechnical Services for <br />geotechnical survey of the project area in the amount of $10,830.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Staff has the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for Windemere <br />stnd <br />Woods 1 & 2 Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #27-06. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and <br />stnd <br />specifications for Windemere Woods 1 & 2 Street Reconstructions, Improvement <br />Project #27-06. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
