Councilmember Peters introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #26-146 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CLEAN & TELEVISING SANITARY & STORM SEWER <br />PROPOSALS FOR 2027 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM PROJECTS <br /> <br />stndnd <br />WHEREAS, the streets within the Windemere Woods 1 & 2 subdivision, and 142 <br />Avenue between Saint Francis Boulevard (TH 47) and Xkimo Street, and Juniper Ridge Drive <br />th <br />between Roanoke Street and 156 Lane are proposed to be reconstructed in 2027 as identified <br />within the 2026 – 2035 Capital Improvement Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sunwood Drive between Zeolite Street and Rhinestone Street, and <br />Rhinestone Street between Sunwood Drive and Ramsey Parkway are proposed to receive concrete <br />repairs in 2027; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, request for proposals were submitted to five (5) firms for the purpose of <br />obtaining quotes for completed the proposed cleaning and televising services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the three (3) cleaning and televising proposals received are tabulated below: <br />and <br /> <br /> <br />Contractor IP 25-08 IP 27-01 IP 27-06 <br /> <br />$31,165.7$12,725.0$29,270.5 <br /> <br />American Environmental LLC <br />6 0 0 <br /> <br />$44,573.2$24,322.0$68,039.9 <br /> <br /> Hydro-Klean, LLC <br />9 3 0 <br /> <br /> <br />Nelson Sanitation & Rental, $34,406.1$11,590.1$23,148.7 <br /> <br />Inc. 0 0 0 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposal of American Environmental LLC in the total amount of <br />$31,165.76 for sewer cleaning and televising services in accordance with the prepared proposals <br />is the lowest responsible proposal for Improvement Project 25-08 and their proposal shall be and <br />hereby is accepted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposal of Nelson Sanitation & Rental, Inc. in the total amount of <br />$34,738.80 for sewer cleaning and televising services in accordance with the prepared proposals <br />is the lowest responsible proposal for Improvement Projects 27-01 and 27-06, and their proposals <br />shall be and hereby are accepted. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
