<br />Councilmember Stewart introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption:\\ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #26-152 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF “WILDLIFE RESEARCH ADDITION” <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, John Grotkin of RJ Ryan, Inc., on behalf of his client, LH Road LLC, <br />properly applied for Final Plat (Minor Plat) approval of the property generally located east of <br />th <br />Azurite Street NW between 144 Avenue and Sunwood Drive NW and legally described as: <br /> <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park Third Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> Tract B, Registered Land Survey Number 251, Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Subject Property is guided Business Park in the City’s adopted <br />2040 Comprehensive Plan and zoned I-1 Light Industrial; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision conforms to the I-1 Zoning District standards; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat of Wildlife Research Addition on <br />July 14, 2026. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Final Plat approval for Wildlife Research <br />Addition. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
