ORDINANCE #26-13 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #25-11 ESTABLISHING PERMIT FEES, <br />SERVICE CHARGES, AND VARIOUS OTHER FEES TO BE COLLECTED BY THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY. <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENTS <br />This ordinance amends Ordinance #25-11 adopted December 9, 2025. In addition to the <br />previously adopted, the following amendments have been made: Fire Hydrant Water Meter Rental <br />Charge has been added to the water rates section as noted on the amended schedule. <br />SECTION 2. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Charter of the City of Ramsey. <br />SECTION 3. PURPOSE <br />Per City Code Sec. 58-20 the purpose of this Ordinance is to amend the established Permit Fees, <br />service Charges, and Other Fees that will be collected by the City in year 2026. This is known as <br />the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. <br />SECTION 4. SCHEDULE <br />The attached permit fees and service charges are hereby established for the year 2026. <br />SECTION 4.
