PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission conducted a Special meeting on July 30, 2003, at <br />Ramsey City Hall, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Members Absent: <br />Also Present: <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Jill Johns <br />Commissioner Tom LaMere <br />Commissioner Mark Lehman <br />Commissioner Jon Olds <br />Commissioner Steve Ostrum <br />Commissioner Melody Shryock <br />Commissioner Michael Rolfe <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Mark Boos <br />Chairperson Johns called the joint Park and Recreation Commission meeting to order at 6:08 <br />p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />Commissioner Olds explained on the May 8, 2003 minutes, there was one correction to be made. <br />On page three on the fourth paragraph down. The motion by Shryock should read "...to <br />maintain they require the required trails on all three sides of the development to be developed <br />because of the roads surrounding the property without trail dedication and the developer would <br />be required to construct a trail along the entire area with credit to be given for trails outside of <br />the plat. <br />Commissioner Olds also mentioned on the June 12, 2003 minutes, there was one correction <br />which was on page 5, the seventh paragraph states he also supported the roads should be <br />completing. <br />Park and Recreation Commission/July 30, 2003 <br />Page 1 of 11 <br />
