<br />TRANSITION TEAM <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Transition Team conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, December 14,2006, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Boulevard, NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator, Jim Norman <br />Finance Officer, Diana Lund <br />Fire Chief, Dean Kapler <br />Police Chief, Jim Way <br />Community Development Director, Patrick Tmdgeon <br />Public Works Director, Brian Olson <br />Human Resources Manager, Givonna Reed Kone <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Transition Team was called to order at 8:00 a.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Olson seconded by Councilmember Elvig to approve the agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Elvig and Olson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Topic #1: <br /> <br />Discussion Regarding Project Management <br /> <br />There was general discussion about the City's two major projects-Ramsey Town Center (RTC) <br />and Ramsey Crossings. It was suggested that Public Works Director Olson and Community <br />Development Director Tmdgeon would be logical project managers for RTC and Ramsey <br />Crossings, respectively, given their familiarity with these projects. Finance Officer Lund stated <br />that she would like to be included in discussions regarding financing for all projects, particularly <br />discussions with banks. <br /> <br />The group determined that it would be pmdent to restart RTC operations meetings. <br /> <br />Transition Team / December 14, 2006 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
