<br />Councilmember Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-12-394 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE EQUIPMENT <br />REPLACEMENT FUND TO THE FIRE DEPARTMENT VEICLE REPAIR LINE ITEM <br />(6388-220) DUE TO AN UNSCHEDULED REPAIR ON A HYDRAULIC GENERATOR <br />ON VEHCILE #556 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Fire Department experienced an unscheduled repair of a <br />hydraulic generator on vehicle #556, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, per financial policy dealing with unscheduled, major repairs the Equipment <br />Replacement fund can be utilized; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the repair of this equipment was deemed necessary to complete in order to <br />provide continued fire service within the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorized the transfer of funds from the <br />Equipment Replacement fund to the fire departments Vehicle Repair line item (#6388) <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Counci1member Elvig <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br />
