<br />,A <br /> <br />Councilmember Olson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-04-103 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO RATIFY THE MUNICIPAL WETLAND MANAGEMENT <br />CLASSIFICATION AMP <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Environmental Policy Board met on March 5, 2007 and recommended <br />that the City Council ratify the Municipal Wetland Management Classification Map; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on April 5, 2007, conducted a public hearing <br />and recommended that the City Council ratify only those portions of the Municipal Wetland <br />Management Classification Map that were field verified; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council met on April 24, 2007 to review the Municipal Wetland <br />Management Classification Map. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby ratifies the Municipal Wetland Management <br />Classification Map. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Strommen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Councilmember Look <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />
