PUBLIC HEARING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on Monday, July 14, 1997, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, to consider a <br />request for an interim use permit for a temporary structure; case of Transwest, Inc. <br />(Communicor). <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden <br />Commissioner Deemer <br />Commissioner LaDue <br />Commissioner Terry <br />Commissioner Thorud <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Holland <br />Commissioner Jensen <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden called the public hearing to order at 6:36 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik advised that the applicant is requesting a one-year permit to place a <br />720 square foot modular office structure at 6100 Industry Avenue NW to augment their space <br />needs while assessing and developing the options of expansion at this address or relocation to a <br />new site. <br /> <br />Stanley D.
