Please note — the entire work session will be <br />dedicated to the interviews for Board and Commission vacancies. Please see details <br />below. <br />City Board and Commission Interviews will be held Tuesday, March 14. Interviews will begin <br />in the Lake Itasca Room at 5:30 p.m. sharp and run through approximately 6:50 p.m. At 7:00 p.m., <br />as per the normal meeting schedule, the Mayor and Councilmembers will move to the Council <br />Chambers to conduct the regular meeting. After the regular meeting, the Mayor and <br />Councilmembers will relocate back to the Lake Itasca Room to resume the work session in order <br />to finish the last interviews of the evening. There are eleven new applicants to interview. The <br />number of vacant or expiring seats are as follows: One on the Economic Development Authority, <br />one on the Environmental Policy Board, threeon the Park and Recreation Commission and two <br />on the Planning Commission. <br />City Council (7:00 pm — CC) <br />• Public Hearing: Adopt Resolution #17-03-060 Approving the Issuance of Bonds by the <br />City of Minneapolis and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of St. <br />Paul on Behalf of Allina Health Systems <br />• Public Hearing: Adopt Resolution #17-03-057 Accepting Feasibility Report and <br />Ordering Plans and Specifications for Improvement Project #17-00, Sunwood Drive <br />Reconstruction <br />• Receive Update on Covenant Meadows and Consider Environmental Review Options <br />(Project #17-02); Case of Eric Thomsen <br />• Authorize Ad -Hoc Subcommittee of the Planning Commission to Update Housing Plans <br />• Stone Brook Children's Academy & Childcare Center Purchase Agreement (Portions <br />May be Closed to the Public) <br />Park View East Open House — 14450 Rhinestone Street NW, Ramsey, MN, March 16, 3:00 — <br />7:00 pm.
