CITY COUNCIL <br />PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council and the Park and Recreation Commission conducted a joint meeting on <br />Thursday, February 8, 1996, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present <br /> <br />Mayor Glen Hardin <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br />Vice-Chairperson Todd Cook <br />Commissioner Beth Asfahl <br />Commissioner Jill Johns <br />Commissioner Tom LaMere <br />Commissioner Steve Ostmm <br />Commissioner Michael Skinner <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Ryan Schroeder, City Administrator <br />Mark Boos, Parks/Utilities Supervisor <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Vice-Chair Cook called the joint meeting of the Park and Recreation Commission/City Council <br />meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Vice-Chair Cook requested the following amendment to the agenda: Discuss Case gl: Meeting <br />with Minnesota Sports Federation, then have Commission Input and close out the regular portion <br />of the Park and Recreation Commission meeting. He offered to then relinquish his control of the <br />meeting/joint workshop over to Mayor Hardin. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Ostmm and seconded by Commissioner LaMere to approve the agenda <br />as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Vice-Chair Cook, Commissioners Ostmm, LaMere, Asfahl, Johns <br />and Skinner. Voting No: None.
