We will need access to three properties
owned by Bury and Carlson, Commercial Asphalt and Ed and Lora Hamilton. At this
point, the project has progressed to the Hamilton property line dictating that we gain access
to the property immediately. We had intended to use Anoka Municipal Electric's utility
easement; however, we are not certain of our rights under their existing right-of-entry and
we need two additional construction easements. Mr. Schroeder requested authorization
from Council to enter into a purchase agreement with the Hamilton's for fee title of the
property which will include access to the temporary easements.

Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to
authorize the City Administrator to enter into a purchase agreement with Ed and Lora
Hamilton for fee title of the property which will include access to the temporary easements.

Motion carded.
