In an effort to encourage eventual
relocation of the business to a commercial district, the CUP was written with a 3-year expiration
period, expiring on December 31, 1993. Ms. Frolik advised that the City of Ramsey received a
written request from Steven Halgh for a 3-year extension to the CUP because he has invested in
computerized equipment and is not in a financial position at this time to relocate the business to a
commercial zone.

CITIZEN INPUT

None

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Commissioner Terry and seconded by Commissioner Thorud to adjourn the public
hearing.

Motion carried.
