I ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! iI PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA The Ramsey l~lanning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, June 1, 1993 at the R~ms~y Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota to hear input rogarding a request for a conditional use permit for a temporary structure; case of Independent $~hool District #11. Members Plea~nt: Chairperson David Bawden Commissioner Benjamin Deemer Commissioner Terry Hendriksen Commissioner Paul Holland Commissioner Charles LaDue Members Ab~nt: Commissioner Michael Terry Commissioner Bradley Thorud Also Present: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Fmlik CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Bawden called the public hearing to order at 7:36 p.m. PRESENT/~TIoN Zoning Admiaistrator Frolik stated the applicant has submitted an application for a conditional use permit (CUP)!to place a 2,100 square foot temporary structure at the Ramsey Elementary School site to be use3~ to provide additional classroom space. She added that the temporary classroom would be hOMed on the site for approximately two years. CITIZEN INPUT J~m Hfitz, representing Independent School District #11, was present and stated they had no objections to the terms of the CUP. ADJOURNMENT Motion by C0m~ssioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Holland to adjourn the public hearing. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Hendriksen, Holland, Deemer, and LaDue. Voting No: None.
