<br />ORDINANCE #08-10 <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED <br />PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. PU RPOSE <br /> <br />It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City to sell certain real property which <br />property the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This <br />chapter is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> <br />The City Council hereby declares the following legally described real property owned by the <br />City, as surplus property and hereby authorizes its sale. Said property is generally known as <br />6590 - 141 st Avenue NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />All that part of the North 200 feet of the South 233 feet of the South ~ of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, lying West of the East 1146 feet thereof, and lying East of a line <br />parallel with the East line of said South ~ of the Southeast Quarter drawn <br />Northerly from a point on the South line of said South ~ of the Southeast <br />Quarter a distance of 266.00 feet East of the Northwest corner of Lot 1, ofthe <br />duly recorded plat of Auditor's Subdivision No. 30, said Anoka County, said <br />266 feet measured at right angles to the West line of Said Lot 1. <br /> <br />Together with an easement for road purposes over the South 33 feet of the <br />East .1146 feet of the South ~ of the Southeast Quarter, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br /> <br />The City Council will be a subsequently adopted motion determine the terms of sale by which <br />the above described property may be sold. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. EF FECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its publication <br />according to law, subject to City Charter Provision, Section 5.04. <br />
