<br />y <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #08-01-025 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO <br />CONTINUE OPERATION OF A HOME BUSINESS ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED <br />AT 7830 149TH LANE NW, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0820 AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF PERMIT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #08-01-024 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0820 for this use and herein approves the Interim Use Permit. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows; <br /> <br />On January 22, 2008 an Interim Use Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") <br />to Michael Beach ("Permit Holder") to continue operation of a home health care business <br />(Carefree Home Services, Inc.) in the principal dwelling located on the property generally known <br />as 7830 149th Lane NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 5, Greenland Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the term of this Permit shall be for three (3) years from the date of City Council <br />approval. <br /> <br />2. That the established business hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, and <br />8:30am - 1 :OOpm on Fridays. <br /> <br />3. That the Permit Holder agrees to comply with section 9.11.08 (Off-Street Parking) of City <br />Code. <br /> <br />4. That there shall be no more than two (2) non-resident employees working in the home <br />office, and no more than ten (10) non-resident employees coming to the home on a <br />weekly basis to collect paychecks or process other paperwork. <br /> <br />5. Should the Permit Holder die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at <br />the same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect <br />shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation <br />of the Permit without further hearing. <br />
