<br />CHARTER COMMISSION <br />CITY OF ]1AMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Charter Commission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, February 21,2008, <br />in the Alexander Ramsey Room at Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, <br />Ramsey,' Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Chair Hannah LaMere. <br />Commissioner Terri Cleveland <br />Commissioner Benjamin Deemer <br />Commissioner Darren Erickson (newly appointed) <br />Commissioner Frank Frederick . <br />Commissioner Timothy McKinney (newly appointed) <br />Commissioner Cindy Sherman (newly appointed) <br /> <br />Members Absent: Commissioner Roger Bergfalk (newly appointed) <br />Commissioner Steve Simenson <br /> <br />Also Present: City Attorney William Goodrich <br />. City Clerk Jo Thieling <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chair LaMere called the regular meeting of the Charter Commission to order at 6:40 p.m. <br /> <br />City Clerk Thieling read Commissioner Sandy Bertzyk's letter of resignation. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded' by Commissioner Frederick to accept <br />Commissioner Bertzyk's resignation and to send her a thank you letter for her years of service on <br />the Commission and for staff to make certain Ms. Bertzyk is extended an invitation to the <br />Commission Appreciation Dinner. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
