SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey CSty Council conducted a special meeting on Monday, August 3, 1992 at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Cet~ter; 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Proscnt: <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Glen Hardin <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Mayor Gilber~on called the special City Council meeting to order at 5:09 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVE: AGENDA <br /> <br />Consensus wa~ to approve the agenda as presented. <br />COUNCIL rBU$1NESS <br />Case #1: i Approval of Wood Pond Hills 2nd Addition <br /> and Review of Associated Improvements <br /> <br />Development Agreement <br /> <br />City Admini~trat0r Schroeder stated that Council awarded a contract to S.J. Louis Construction <br />which coverex[ improvements to 32 lots (Wood Pond Hills subdivision). Contract documents were <br />prepared to sdlicit an alternate bid for the development of 16 additional lots which would become <br />Wood Pond !-ll~ lis 2nd Addition. The developer has decided to proceed with this additional phase. <br />Mr. Schroede~: recommended authorizing award of alternate "F" in the amount of $42,365.50 to <br />proceed with the work. <br /> <br />Dickman Knutson:was present and stated he concurred with the development agreement. <br /> <br />Motion by ,~Uncilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt Resolution <br />g92-08-184 aothorizing the award of Alternate "F" of the bid proposal submitted by S.J. Louis <br />Constructiori 6n Jane 5, 1992 in the amount of $42,365.50 contingent upon the developer entering <br />into a Develot~nent Agreement for the assessment of the project cost. <br /> <br />Motion carrie{l.
