Absent: Commissioner Thorud. <br />COMMIS~I~oN BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case gl: 'Request for Site Plan Approval for an Expansion to the Clubhouse at <br /> tRam River Hills Golf Course; Case of Rum River Hills, Inc. <br /> <br />City Engineer~Jaakowski stated that Tom Anderson of Rum River Hills, Inc. is requesting site plan <br />review for a~, expansion to the clubhouse at the Rum River Hills Golf Course. The existing <br />clubhouse strg, ct~e is 2,392 square feet and the proposed expansion to the clubhouse structure is <br />1,380 squar~ feet to both levels. No additional landscaping of the site is proposed and the existing <br />off-street pa~ng area is sufficient to meet the needs resulting from the expansion. Mr. Jankowski <br />stated, with~ gegai'd to the on-site septic system, there should be certification provided that <br />docum.ents ~ ad~xluacy of the existing system to handle the increased demand resulting from the <br />expansion. <br /> <br />Commission¢~ D~emer felt that a sprinkler system should be required, at least in the kitchen area. <br /> <br />Motion by ~2~ssioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to recommend that City <br />Council apptoye the proposed site plan for the expansion of the clubhouse at the Rum River Hills <br /> <br /> ~ Planning & Zoning Commission/April 13, 1992 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
