The Ramsey~ <br />1992 at the R <br />hear a requ~: <br />property fr,01 <br />Development ~ <br /> <br />Members Pre~nt: <br /> <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />>la~ning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, May 5, <br />un~y Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, to <br /> t~ rezone property from R-1 Urban Residential to R-3 Urban Residential and <br /> ~-3 Urban Residential to R-1 Urban Residential; Case of North Suburban <br /> ;ompany, Doloras Fleischer and Robert Bemstrom. <br /> <br />Chairperson David Bawden <br />Cornrmss~oner Benjamin Deemer <br />Commissioner Terry Hendriksen <br />Commissioner Paul Holland <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br />Commissioner Bradley Thomd <br /> <br />Also Present: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br /> <br />CALL TO oRDER <br /> <br />ChairpersonBawden called the public heating to order at 7:34 p.m. <br />PRESENT~'I'ION: <br /> <br />Zoning Admigis ,t~ator Frolik stated that North Suburban Development Company is in the process <br />of platting Flejsc .l~,r's 2nd Addition and are proposing to acquire a small piece of adjacent property <br />from Rober~~ ~e~strom, which he is agreeing in exchange for Outlot B of Fleischer's Addition. <br />The parcel b~,ng..acquired from Mr. Bemstrom needs to be rezoned to R-1 Urban Residential for <br />developmen~ ~itlj single family urban residential lots.
