<br />ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY BOARD <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On Monday, June 2, 2008 th~ Environmental Policy Board (EPB) met in the Mississippi River <br />Room at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Acting Chairperson Bob Sibilski <br />Board Member Bob Bentz <br />Board Member John Freeburg <br />Board Member Thomas Stodola <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Chairperson Joe McDilda <br />Boardmember Michael Max <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Environmental Coordinator Chris Anderson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Acting Chairperson Sibilski called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROV AL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Freeburg and seconded by Board Member Bentz to approve the <br />agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. V oting Yes: Acting Chairperson Sibilski, Board Member Freeburg, Bentz, and <br />Stodola. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson McDilda and Board Member Max. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY BOARD MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Stodola and seconded by Board Member Freeburg to approve the <br />regular meeting minutes dated May 5, 2008. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Sibilski, Board Member Stodola, Freeburg, and <br />Bentz. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson McDilda and Board Member Max. <br /> <br />POLICY BOARD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Review of Environmental Expo & Tree Sale <br /> <br />Environmental Coordinator Anderson summarized that the purpose of the case was to review the <br />outcome of the Environmental Expo and tree sale. He stated that he would like feedback from <br />Environmental Policy Board / June 2, 2008 <br />Page 1 of 10 <br />
