PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The RamseY~Pla~ning and Zoning Commission conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, July 23, <br />1992 at the~l~Ram~ey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Pr~ent: Chairperson David Bawden <br /> Commissioner Benjamin Deemer <br /> Commissioner Terry Hendriksen <br /> Commissioner Paul Holland <br /> Commissioner Charles LaDue <br /> Commissioner Michael Terry <br /> Commissioner Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />Also Present: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br /> <br />CALL TO ORI}ER <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden called the regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission to order <br />at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVAE OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by C~mmissioner Terry and seconded by Commissioner Holland to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Motion carri,~d. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Terry, Holland, Deemer, <br />HendriksenlEaDt~e and Thorud. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL oF PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />Commissiong Deemer requested an amendment to the minutes of the public hearing held on <br />Tuesday, Ma~ 5i 1992 regarding rezoning property; Case of North Suburban Development <br />Company, .D~lor~as Fleischer and Robert Bernstrom. The minutes stated that Commissioner <br />Deemer wolakl refrain from voting because he owns property adjacent to the subject property. <br />Commission~ D~emer actually stated he would not refrain from voting because he didn't feel there <br />was a conflici of interest. Recording Secretary Thieling noted the change and will amend the <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Co~ssioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to approve the following <br />Planning and Zoning Commission minutes: <br /> <br />1) Planaigg a~nd Zoning Commission special meeting minutes dated April 13, 1992. <br />2) PlanrtiOg and Zoning Commission public hearing minutes, as amended, regarding a request <br /> to re~ne ~ roperty from R- 1 Urban Residential to R-3 Urban Residential and property from <br /> R~3 U~ba~l Residential to R- 1 Urban Residential; Case of North Suburban Development <br /> Comp/thy lated May 5, 1992. <br /> <br /> Planning and Zoning Commission/July 23, 1992 <br /> Page 1 of 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
