<br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Comniission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, November 6, <br />2008, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Michael Nixt (arrived at 7:37 p.m.) <br />Commissioner Ralph Brauer <br />Commissioner Ralph Hunt <br />Commissioner Gary Levine <br />Commissioner Gary Van Scoy <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Teresa Cleveland <br />Commissioner Bryan Rogers <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Amber Miller <br />Associate Planner Tim Gladhill <br />Management Intern Al Haugen <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Acting Chairperson Levine called the regular meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Van Scoy, seconded by Commissioner Hunt, to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Van Scoy, Hunt, and <br />Brauer. Voting No: None.
