PUBLIC HEARING <br />PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding a request for <br />a conditional use permit to construct and maintain a church on B-1 Business PrOperty; Case of <br />Lord of Life Church on Tuesday, April 2, 1991 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairman Gerald Zimmerman <br />Commissioner David B awden <br />Commissioner Benjamin Deemer <br />Commissioner Terry Hendriksen <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br />Commissioner Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Merland Ott, Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:39 <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik stated that the request has been amended to a rezoning application and that the public <br />hearing will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission at its regular meeting scheduled for <br />May. Since this hearing for the request for a conditional use permit had been advertised, it had to <br />be held. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Bawden, Deemer, LaDue, <br />Terry and Thorud. Voting No: None.
