<br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Economic Development Authority (EDA) conducted a regular meeting on <br />August 13th 2009, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chris Riley (Chairperson) <br />David Elvig <br />John LeTourneau <br />Wayne Skaff <br />Jim Steffen <br />Kristine Williams <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Matt Look <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Sean Sullivan, Economic Development Coordinator <br />Mike Mulrooney, Economic Development Consultant <br />Heidi Nelson, Deputy City Administrator/ Director of Community <br />Development <br />Kurt Ulrich, Ramsey City Administrator <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Riley called the regular Economic Development Authority meeting to order <br />at 7:30 AM <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion made by Chairperson Riley, seconded by member LeTourneau, to approve the agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br />and Williams. <br /> <br />Voting Yes: Chairperson Riley, Members Elvig, LeTourneau, Skaff, Steffen <br />V oting No: None: Absent: Member Look <br /> <br />Economic Development Authority/August 13, 2009 <br />Page 1 of 5 <br />
