<br />r <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />:~ 2009 <br /> <br />1111111111111111111111111111111111111 11111111 <br />Record ID 2245640 <br /> <br />REeD OC <br /> <br />Board Member Nixt introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-01-002 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO THE <br />MINIMUM LOT SIZE IN RABBIT RUN, AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, (the "Permittee"), has properly applied for a variance <br />from the minimum lot size requirements (the "Variance") in the R-I Residential District on the <br />property generally located at 16651 Quicksilver Street NW, and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Rabbit Run, except that part of said lot lying northerly and easterly <br />of following described line: Commencing at northeast comer of said Lot 1, thence <br />south 00 degrees 12 minutes 37 seconds west, (assumed bearing), along east line of <br />said Lot 1 482.54 feet to a 195 foot radius curve and point of beginning of said line, <br />the radius point of said curve bears south 62 degrees 03 minutes 46 seconds west <br />from said point of beginning, thence northwesterly 66.04 feet along said curve <br />concave to southwest having a center angle of 19 degrees 24 minutes 10 seconds, <br />thence north 47 degrees 20 minutes 24 seconds west tangent to said curve 149.87 <br />feet, thence northwesterly 43.40 feet along a tangent curve concave to northeast <br />having a radius of 255 feet and a central angle of 09 degrees 45 minutes 08 seconds <br />to easterly line of Quicksilver Street and said line there terminating, subject to <br />easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />2010300.014 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on January 8, 2009, conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from the minimum lot <br />size requirements on the Subject Property. . <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact #0839, a 0.93 acre variance to the 2.5 acre minimum lot <br />size requirement, as established in Section 9.20.11 of the Ramsey City Code, is hereby <br />granted for the Subject Property. <br /> <br />2. That the Subject Property is currently owned by Alvin Goebel. <br /> <br />3. That all of the dwellings constructed on the Subject Property shall maintain all <br />applicable setbacks from the public road right-of-way. <br /> <br />4. That no construction shall commence until the approved Variance has been rec(}rdedand <br />a building permit has been issued. <br />
