QV~ Record ID 2293848 <br />Zo <br />RRE'B MAR 2 4 2.Qt~ <br />Councilmember Look introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #10-01-020 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, <br />TO EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SQUARE <br />FOOTAGE BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0859 AND DECLARING TERMS OF <br />PERMIT <br />WHEREAS, on November 18, 2009, Gene and Cindy Goede, husband and wife, (the <br />"Permittee"), properly applied for a conditional use permit for an overage in total accessory <br />building square footage established in City Code Section 9.11.02 on the property generally <br />known as 17725 Baugh Street N.W. and legally described as follows: <br />The south 495 feet of the west 880 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota as measured at right <br />angles to the south and west lines thereof (subject to County Road No. 83 Baugh Street) <br />("Subject Property"); and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on December 3, 2009 and conducted the <br />public hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact #0859, a conditional use permit (the "Permit") to keep a <br />1,500 square foot accessory building (the "Structure") originally required to be removed <br />per City Resolution 08-11-229, which will result in exceeding the total amount square <br />footage allowed by no more than 1,280 square feet on the Subject Property is hereby <br />granted to the Permittee. <br />2. That the Structure shall conform to all other requirements for accessory structures. <br />3. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any <br />construction of the Structure. <br />4. That no commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted on the Subject <br />Property unless the necessary permits have been obtained from the City. <br />5. That the Structure may not be used for storage related to the Home Occupation. <br />6. That any repairs to fuel systems, electrical systems or repairs using open flame or welding <br />shall be prohibited in the Structure, with the exception of those activities required for <br />Resolution #10-01-020 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
