HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Housing and Redevelopment Authority conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, June 1, <br />2010, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Vice Chairperson David Jeffrey <br />Chairperson John Dehen -arrived 5:35 p.m. <br />Commissioner David Elvig <br />Commissioner Matt Look <br />Commissioner Colin McGlone <br />Commissioner Bob Ramsey <br />Commissioner Jeffrey Wise <br />Also Present: City Administrator Kurtis G. Ulrich <br />Deputy City Administrator/HRA Executive Dir. Heidi A. Nelson <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />City Engineer Tim Himmer <br />Darren Lazan, Landfonn <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Vice-Chairperson Jeffrey called the regular meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment <br />Authority to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />OPEN FORUM <br />There was none. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Motion by Commissioner Elvig, seconded by Commissioner Ramsey, to approve the agenda as <br />submitted. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Vice-Chairperson Jeffrey, Commissioners Elvig, Ramsey, Look, <br />McGlone, and Wise. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Dehen. <br />HRA BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Consider Ramsey Town Center/COR Wetland Mitigation Options <br />City Engineer Himmer reported that the Ramsey Town Center LLC had a wetland mitigation <br />plan approved by the Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization (LRRWMO) in <br />October 2005. The plan allowed for 4.05 acres of wetland impacts in Ramsey Town Center, <br />Housing and Redevelopment Authority /June 1, 2010 <br />Page 1 of 6 <br />
