HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Housing and Redevelopment Authority conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, August 3, <br />2010, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Vice-Chairperson David Jeffrey <br />Commissioner Matt Look <br />Commissioner Colin McGlone <br />Commissioner Bob Ramsey <br />Commissioner Jeffrey Wise <br />Members Absent: Chairperson John Dehen -arrived at 4:29 p.m. <br />in beginning of meeting Commissioner David Elvig -arrived at 4:29 p.m. <br />Also Present: City Administrator Kurtis G. Ulrich <br />Deputy City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />Development Manager Darren Lazan <br />CALL TO ORDER - <br />Vice-Chairperson Jeffrey called the regular meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment <br />Authority to order at 4:16 p.m. <br />OPEN FORUM <br />There was none. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Motion by Commissioner Ramsey, seconded by Commissioner Wise to approve the agenda as <br />submitted. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Vice-Chairperson Jeffrey, Commissioners Ramsey, Wise, Look, <br />and McGlone. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Dehen and Commissioner Elvig. <br />HRA BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Letter of Intent -Senior Living <br />Development Manager Lazan announced that the City has received a Letter of Intent from a <br />group who wants to purchase a parcel in the 7600 Block of Sunwood Drive.
