Norman <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />TIF Specialist Sean Sullivan <br />Assistant Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Assistant Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the City Council work session to order at 4:15 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1) Ramsey Town Center Development Agreement <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman provided an update of the development agreement process with the <br />Ramsey Town Center, LLC explaining that they are still in the negotiation process. He noted <br />that he did not have a copy of the most recent development agreement language, but the City <br />Attorney did. He also noted that since they are still negotiating with the developer, no public <br />handouts of the development agreement were presented at the meeting. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich explained that he had just received a redlined copy of the most recent <br />version of the development agreement from Briggs and Morgan. <br /> <br />City Council Work Session/August 12, 2003 <br /> Page 1 of 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
